Article 1 — Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the official online storefronts, websites, and digital platforms operated by Chanty’s Beauty Company LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). A Customer refers to any individual or legal entity who places an order through our secure checkout system. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

Chanty’s Beauty Company LLC specializes in luxury human hair products including wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals. Due to lighting conditions, display settings, and the natural characteristics of human hair, variations in texture, color, or appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Once transferred to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the Customer. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

The Company will assist with carrier investigations; however, replacement or store credit decisions are made at the Company’s discretion. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Due to hygiene standards, ALL WIGS, BUNDLES, AND HAIR PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. Returns are accepted only if defective or incorrect items were sent. Items must remain unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.
